Roads Holding JSC is the most reputable Bulgarian road construction company having solid positions in the economic and social life of the country. On 28.12.2005 a change in the ownership and management of the Holding was made which resulted in its exceptionally good financial performance.
The subsidiary companies of Roads Holding JSC comprise all sides of road building: new construction, renovation, repair and maintenance of highways and motorways of the national and municipal road networks and facilities. There are companies operating in the four main fields of transport building: road, bridge, railway and tunnel construction. In the field of road building Roads Holding JSC owns 21 sector-bound road construction companies, including a leasing company and a security company.
The income amount of the group of companies for 2007 is at least BGN 151 million. According to the audited annual consolidated financial statement of Roads Holding JSC as at 31.12.2007 the net profit made amounts to BGN 15 889 thousand. The market capitalization of the company at the end of 2007 amounts to BGN 657 million.
